The steel wire rope passes through the sheave of the snatch block. During pulling or lifting operation, the rotating sheave guides the wire rope and changes the pulling direction.
The opening snatch block structure allows workers to install or remove the wire rope more easily without threading the entire rope from one end. This improves working efficiency, especially in tower erection and field construction conditions.
Based on load capacity: For medium-duty work, choose 5T snatch block. For heavier pulling or lifting conditions, choose 8T snatch block.
Based on working condition: For tower erection and outdoor construction, choose heavy duty steel type. For frequent rope installation and removal, choose opening type snatch block.
