DSJ Cable Laying Equipment , we manufactured, is the ideal machine of cable transmission used in power,
petroleum, chemical, industrial construction, power plant extension, substation and city network transmission cable.
It is suitable for cable trays in any form of channel, cable pipe, conveying a variety of power cable and control cable.
Driven by double caterpillars to make sure that the delivery force and gravitational force will affect at two direction. It’s good to protect the insulation layer of cable.
The delivery force will be transferred by caterpillar which made by high strength DRC. Force uniform and wear well.
Equipped with adjusted barrel, easy to operate.
It will be very convenient to be equipped with a reel at the upper part as a lower power tractor.
Low noise, small temperature rise for and easy maintenance.
We can provide other matching product like DSJ electric control system(control box and branch box, four core sheath cable ) and reel as customer’s requirement.
1. The two vertical shafts drive the transmission force and gravity respectively in two directions of the cable to protect the insulation of the cable.
2. The transmission force is transmitted through the compound caterpillar, and cater pillar adopts high strength wear-resisting rubber, which make the power force uniform and durable.
3. The machine is equipped with adjustable roller, which is very convenient.
4. The upper part of the machine can be fitted with a hinge wheel, which can be used for small power traction.
5. The machine has low mechanical noise, small temperature rise and easy maintenance.
